At Diamond Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized pieces.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification documents, such as GIA or IGI certificates, to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
